Old Town actively seeks and is working on new platform investments and is engaged in various consulting initiatives.  Old Town is seeking an experienced leader in supply chain management & fulfillment to support growth initiatives.

Position Summary

Responsible for managing all operational initiatives, including product/supply sourcing,   

Responsibilities include:

• Manage all activities involved in procurement & production of products, and identifying areas of improvement
• Manage supply chain, including vendors and vendor selection around production and supplies
• Inventory management, cost/margin analysis, reconciliations, forecasts, and aging analysis.  Inventory/product procurement (including new product management), tracking, shipping, among other areas.   
• Manage daily activities & information tracking of satisfying customer orders (start-to-finish)
• Manage IT backend, which ties into supply chain initiatives
• Develop and maintain KPI’s, and ensure management metrics are met
• Create and organize operational reports for financial reporting
• Attend weekly management meetings (EOS)

Required Qualifications

• Background and experience in supply chain and operations
• Ability to collaborate effectively across different departmental functions and different styles of leadership
• Demonstrated ability to understand and break down highly complex situations to deliver impactful solutions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft office products
• Prior experience in eCommerce a plus
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
