Job Description

The Lead, Product Management will own end to end outcomes for digital products that are intended to drive consumer engagement and deliver outstanding consumer experiences. They will lead a product team and work in close collaboration with key partners across multiple cross-functional teams. This individual will require a breadth and depth of thought leadership and strategic vision to unite design, marketing, engineering, and data to deliver on the expected outcomes.

 

This role can be located in either our Chicago or Toronto HQ's.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Drive and develop product vision, strategy, and process with a team of Product Managers, Designers, Marketers, and Engineers to deliver outstanding digital products and experiences to our consumers
  • Leads Product Managers and Associate Product Managers to translate product roadmaps into a product backlog of well-defined epics and features with appropriate acceptance criteria
  • Work cross functionally with various business groups to understand emerging consumer and business trends that require improvements or new product features to be developed on Digital Platforms
  • Conceptualize, test, and create new digital opportunities that advance Kraft Heinz’ ambition and business objectives
  • Align key business partners with intention to build a unified digital vision for Kraft Heinz
  • Encourage large-scale ground-breaking change across the organization, including but not limited to, embedding new digital practices, standards, and processes through the business to drive growth and profitability
  • Evangelize your product vision to senior management and diverse collaborators through data analysis, consumer research, and the strength of your convictions

 

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree: graduate degree preferred
  • 5+ years of proven experience in Product Management rooted in successfully launching and growing digital products
  • 2+ years of direct managerial experience, leading and mentoring Product Managers of varying levels of seniority and experience
  • Strategic leader with a passion for the customer and proven track record to set staged goals that empower and encourage the organization to deliver
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to excel in a collaborative, dynamic, fast-paced and goal-oriented environment
  • Passionate about user design and the impact it can have on experiences
  • Knowledge of microservice architectures and platforms
  • Proven ability to use data and insights to make informed product decisions while maintaining a user focus
