The Associate Project Manager will work closely with the NTAM Compliance leadership team and with NTAM business partners to create and drive compliance projects forward, execute or support various project tasks, track progress, escalate issues, and support board and committee reporting on compliance initiatives. Projects include but are not limited to coordinating the implementation of new rules, tracking compliance policy updates, and rolling out training plans. Other responsibilities include:

• Maintain a compliance calendar showing upcoming regulatory filings due, rule implementation dates, and board/committee meeting dates• Work with corporate partners as needed to provide ad hoc updates or information on planned and ongoing projects• Support partner onboarding and training, including working with HR and IT to resolve onboarding issues • Coordinate and assist in regulatory examinations and/or audits• Support other teams or ad hoc assignments across the NTAM Compliance team on an as-needed basis• Assist in streamlining existing training programs and partnering with SMEs to develop and administer new ones• Provide administrative support to the Head of Compliance and leadership, including tracking invoices, setting up meetings, organizing offsites, assisting with budgets, tracking vacancies and requisitions• Work on new projects, including project management, as needed

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a project management role or otherwise being accountable for multifaceted initiatives in a financial institution• Strong organizational and communication skills• A team-oriented and flexible approach toward supporting the business • Experience in asset management preferred
