Position Summary:
Enfusion is seeking an AVP of Revenue Operations in support of the Revenue Organization. You will apply your combination of Salesforce skills with your knowledge of administering the sales tech stack to ensure the Revenue team is enabled to operate efficiently. You will be responsible for both the strategic architecture and platform decisions, as well as the day-to-day operations of the sales tech stack. You have a passion for continuously improving the operations of the Revenue Organization. You have a demonstrated ability to prioritize and deliver projects with change management impact in mind. You are a holistic thinker who considers all integrated systems, data flow, and user experience across the Revenue Organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategically own the Salesforce instance to ensure its effective usage across the Revenue Organization. Collaborate with the Rev Org leadership and Salesforce Admin teams to build and execute upon the short- and long-term roadmap for how the Revenue team should best leverage Salesforce.
- Partner with the Salesforce Admin team to design optimal flows and processes to aid and enrich Revenue Org’s business. Project manage the execution of these changes for on-time delivery back to the business team.
- Own the Rev Org tech stack including optimization of current tools, recommendations and research of future tools, cohesive integration across the tech stack, contract and purchase negotiation, implementation, training, and ongoing management.
- Work with the greater Rev Ops team to train, document, and troubleshoot all tech stack and Salesforce operations, as it relates to the Revenue Organization.
- Build, monitor, and manage reports to highlight data discrepancies, ensure process adherence, and overall proactive monitoring of Salesforce hygiene.
- Analyze business and system needs, processes, and technology to contribute to the improvement of business processes and the use of business intelligence solutions.
- Develop, write, and communicate business and technical requirements for the implementation of technical solutions to support our teams.
- Ensure adherence to application development and documentation standards including change management and version control.
- Act as an internal consultant on automation tools and vendor selection for business needs of other teams (i.e. Marketing, Legal, Finance, Salesforce, etc)
What You’ll Do:
- Maintain the day-to-day operations of the entire sales tech stack, including Salesforce and its integrations
- Propose, implement, and manage Salesforce solutions based on business requirements presented by revenue leadership
- Document the flow of data and processes across systems, and understand how that data impacts business performance
- Document procedures for business-critical operations and relevant Salesforce system administration activities
- Serve as cross-functional collaborator across teams to gather systems requirements, build acceptance criteria, and deliver systems changes
- Propose, implement, and manage solutions to implement process and system efficiencies and optimization with a focus on measurable outcomes and continuous improvement
- Build trusted business partner relationships with sales managers and reps
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Salesforce experience, leveraging the system to develop best of breed business solutions (experience in Salesforce Lightning is required)
- Understanding business acumen and goals, translating what the organization needs into Salesforce and tech stack solutions.
- Ability to “speak” both business and Salesforce languages, being the conduit between both teams to ensure success
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
- Drive and desire to learn and grow their technical and functional abilities
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrates flexibility and willingness to do what it takes to get the job done
- Strong presentation, communication (written and verbal) skills, and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Salesforce Certified Administrator a plus
