Job Description
The Business Information Security Manager (BISM) for the Video Security & Access Control (VSA) business will serve as the primary point of contact between the cybersecurity organization and VSA. The BISM is responsible for maintaining a strategic relationship with VSA to ensure that the cybersecurity organization is aligned to support their business objectives and to ensure that cybersecurity is incorporated into the culture of their software development and operations.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Develop an understanding of VSA business objectives and frame risk discussions in business terms
Follow the Risk Management Framework to ensure risks are identified, analyzed and evaluated within the context of the VSA business and their objectives
Partner with the VSA business to interpret cybersecurity policies, standards, and frameworks within the context of the business, and drive business-aligned security solutions to identified risk
Continuously monitor trends to anticipate and plan for future impact of cyber risk specific to VSA
Work with the VSA business to align funding requirements with risk mitigation plans
Participate in cybersecurity and business-related councils or working groups as necessary
Educate stakeholders on cybersecurity-related matters in an effort to increase awareness at the engineering level, product management level, and senior leadership level

Additional Qualified Skills:
Experience working with and preferably leading a global, cross functional team
Experience working in risk management, governance, and regulatory requirements related to cybersecurity with a specific focus on business outcomes and service delivery.
Experience translating complex cybersecurity risks into business risks understood by stakeholders
Experience with industry security frameworks, including NIST SP800 series and OWASP SAMM
Experience with one or more cloud service providers, including AWS, Azure, and GCP
Certification in CISSP, CISM, or equivalent
Knowledge of Mitre Att&ck

Basic Requirements
- BA/BS in a business or technology related field.
- 5+ years of experience
