Client Account Coordinator

Position Overview
The Client Account Coordinator role at One North is the Client Account Services team's go-to person assisting across internal and external projects. This role will be central to keeping our daily account operations running smoothly and meeting client expectations.
The Client Account Coordinator is responsible for the smooth, daily running of accounts, including communications around budgets, production, and analytics as well as ensuring the client adheres to timelines. This includes communicating with both the internal team and clients and interpreting, managing, and acting on client and internal requests and needs.
The Client Account Coordinator will need to develop and maintain good client and partner agency relationships as they will play a leading role on some projects and a supportive role on others. This individual will support Client Account Directors and Client Account Managers with the administrative aspects of the accounts, such as updating client status reports, sending them to clients, budget reports, secondary research insights, competitive analysis, scheduling relationship meetings, organizing the account filing system, etc. Although a lot of time will be spent on the administrative side of the account, this role is a stepping stone to the many duties of an Account Manager.
Responsibilities
Account/Project Management
- Keep internal tools up to date like onboarding documents, RACI/Job descriptions, other templates (account planning, status docs, etc.)
- Work with other agency partners and clients to schedule meetings
- Monitor project timeline, workflow, and actual hours burned working closely with the Project Manager to ensure the project is on track
- Responsible for all direct conference reports and tracking of changes, approvals, and direction from internal, client, and customer meetings
- Maintain program files/binders and archives files upon project completion in Teams channels or another designated repository
Client Management
- Aid account team in coordinating and running projects for multiple clients
- Serve as the first line of support for client troubleshooting and questions
- Filter client requests/communications so they know who to talk to within account team and overall agency, escalating to appropriate account team member when needed
- Ensure client contact lists remain up to date (NPS, holiday, etc.)
- Facilitate case study development upon program completion
- Monitor industry trends relevant to a client's business or applicable industries
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or another relevant field of study
- At least 1 year of experience in a client-facing role
- Timeline and scope management for small to medium-sized projects
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of social/mobile media
- Solid organizational and written communication skills
- Resourceful, proactive, and self-motivated
- Experience with Content Management Systems like Sitecore or WordPress a big plus
