Passionate about precision medicine and advancing the healthcare industry?

Recent advancements in underlying technology have finally made it possible for AI to impact clinical care in a meaningful way. Tempus' proprietary platform connects an entire ecosystem of real-world evidence to deliver real-time, actionable insights to physicians, providing critical information about the right treatments for the right patients, at the right time.

About the team:

Tempus Next is an AI-enabled care pathway intelligence platform that improves adherence to clinical guidelines and enables providers to deliver the next step in a patient’s care journey. By adding an “intelligent layer” to routinely generated data, Tempus Next helps to find appropriate patients for proactive care and disease management. In particular, Tempus Next ingests multimodal data, runs AI-based algorithms, and surfaces insights for care teams to evaluate and take action through targeted notifications directly at the point of care.

At Tempus, products are owned and developed by small, autonomous teams composed of developers, designers, scientists, and product managers. You and your team set the goals, build the software, deploy the code, and contribute to a growing software platform that will make a lasting impact in the field of cancer research and treatment.

Responsibilities:

  • Effectively communicate and collaborate with all groups in the organization over the entire product development lifecycle from requirements gathering to release to rollout training (Reporting, Account Management, Engineering, Sales, and Research teams)
  • Collaborate and work with the Compliance team to ensure continuing compliance and service as security contact for the Product team

What you’ll bring:

  • Dynamic problem-solving skills and a love for figuring out solutions
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and excited to work on complex problems at scale

What are some things you learned at the company?

One of the things that molded my growth was seeing how much thought goes into the decisions, and how much leadership seeks feedback from the people around them, to help understand the impact of decision-making.
