The On-boarding Specialist is responsible for processing business activities related to the Getaways deal pipeline. This includes, but is not limited to promotion creation, processing internal customer requests and troubleshooting. The On-boarding Specialist will serve as the liaison between the On-boarding team and internal customers to ensure the support process is frictionless.

 

This is a position catered to an individual who is able to drive change, is a team player and dedicated to personal growth.

 
Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage the promotion creation process by utilizing automated applications

  • Process internal customer ticket requests related to rate and deal setup updates while meeting service level agreements

  • Liaison between the On-boarding team and internal customers to ensure support is frictionless and meets business needs

  • Troubleshoot issues with deal setup and provide guidance to internal customers regarding processes

  • Identify and present improvements to the deal pipeline workflow

  • Provide after-hours support as needed

  • Take on project independently while meeting timelines

  • Various Administrative duties as needed

 
Requirements:

  • 1-3 years professional experience

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Ability to own and execute on multiple activities in a fast-paced environment

  • MS Office and web proficiency, particularly, Excel

  • Carry a positive attitude and strive to be a catalyst for change

Preferred Experience:

  • Ability to navigate through the Salesforce interface

  • Previous utilization of Excel macros

  • Previous travel/hotel experience a plus
