Brand Design Associate

Tegus is building a best in class demand generation team and we are searching for a brand design associate to help support our demand gen and brand programs. This role will report into our VP of Demand Generation and will work closely with our demand generation team. This person will be responsible for all Tegus internal and external design needs ensuring our design assets drive consistency and alignment according to our brand guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Develop our web properties in partnership with our digital team, with a clear focus on customer experience and business metric impact.
- Execute on design assets for demand generation campaigns across a number of channels including email, social, paid ads, PR, events etc.
- Maintain an intake process for internal design request from internal teams and ensure deliverables are on brand.
- Create presentations via Powerpoint and Gslides to be used in internal meetings (e.g. All Hands Meetings) and externally (e.g. Sales Presentations).
- Create short and long form video to be used internal and externally.
- Be the creative and brand lead and execution for our annual customer virtual event: Converge.
- Manage our 3rd party relationship with agency partners and utilize for additional work or work out scope where necessary.
Qualifications
- 2+ of brand design experience ideally in the SaaS space or working with an agency that supports B2B clients.
- Experience designing web pages that have a focus on accessibility.
- Deep understanding of core tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Figma, Google Slides, Powerpoint, Keynote.
- Ability to use tools such as Adobe CS, Keynote, Descript, Riverside.
- Experience working with video is a huge plus.
- Strong communication and cross functional skills - you will be partnering with many parts of Tegus.
- Strong organizational and project management skill sets.
- Experience presenting design concepts, gathering feedback and putting in place a robust approval process.
- A desire to work on both the big creative items (such as Converge) but also the production needs to execute on demand gen campaigns and internal initiatives.
- We work at speed in the Tegus Demand Gen team. Our ideal candidate will have the ability to quickly translate the needs into a compelling design and asset.
