Department OverviewThe Enterprise and Channel Marketing team is responsible for developing, executing, and overseeing the marketing strategy for channel partners and customers across all relevant commercial verticals. The channel marketing team supports a $1B business through a combination of channel marketing programs, sales enablement, and indirect and direct demand generation activities.
Job Description

The Channel Marketing Manager is responsible for collaborating with the broader NA Enterprise & Channel Marketing organization to assist with channel communications and content, channel program support and the execution of virtual and field events. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creativity and strong collaboration skills to excel. The Channel Marketing Manager is uniquely positioned to work with all facets of the channel marketing and sales teams and grow their understanding of our partner community and programs and to have a direct hand in delivering on key projects and outcomes.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute marketing initiatives via campaigns, events and marketing collateral

  • Assist the channel communications and programs team with content proofing, production and deployment to ensure content is articulately crafted and delivered on-time

  • Coordinate the creation of marketing collateral and promotional materials to support channel partner activities and sales efforts as needed

  • Support the management of a wide range of virtual and in-person webinars, roadshows and conferences in partnership with sales and events teams to drive partner education, adoption and demand generation

  • Collaborate with wider channel marketing and sales teams to ensure all programs are in alignment with and pacing toward channel objectives, KPIs and success metrics

  • Stay current on industry best practices, emerging technologies and market trends related to channel marketing

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field

  • 1+ years experience working in B2B, channel or technology marketing role 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Prefer working in a collaborative, cross-team capacity

  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
