Hyatt Hotels Corporation seeks an enthusiastic associate manager to join our Digital Content Optimization team where you'll join a team of 3 field professionals who love what they do. In this role, you will be collaborating closely with the broader analytics and field marketing teams where you'll be instrumental in continuing to make Hyatt a leading hospitality company. Qualifications
The Role
This individual will support the strategy of the Digital Content Optimization team and work with members of the Digital Content team as well as other corporate teams. The associate manager will create analytics dashboards, review content, and collect keyword research for the hotel websites. This role is responsible for providing these insights along with actionable solutions. The Associate Manager will report to the Manager of Digital Content Optimization.• Create and monitor dynamic dashboards for hotel websites using Adobe Analytics• Gather keyword research and competitive set information for new and current hotel websites• Create optimization best practice guidelines for hotel websites• Proactively communicate with managers and team members to meet deadlines and respond to stakeholder requests and requirements• Conduct regular SEO content reviews and audits of hotel websites• Organize and manage optimization projects simultaneously• Adapt to a fast-paced environment where evolving business needs may shift priorities and project deadlines
Experience Required: • 2-4 years in a digital content management or analytics role• Experience with Content Management Systems• Experience with web analytics tools such as Content Square, Adobe Analytics, or Google Analytics• 2-4 years of experience working on multiple project workflows and communications with an emphasis on cross-functional relationship management• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in communications, marketing, business, or other related fields
Experience Preferred:

  • 2-5 years in a functional digital content management role or analytics role
  • 1-2 years supervising contractors or junior-level associates
  • Basic HTML knowledge
  • Experience with project management tools
  • Experience with SEO tools
  • Content Management System/SEO/Analytics training certifications
