What You'll Bring

TransUnion is looking for an innovative Content Strategy Manager for its global B2B Credit Risk solution. The ideal candidate will develop, execute and implement compelling, multichannel, bar-raising content strategy that drives engagement and supports TransUnion’s position as an industry leader in risk, data insights and analytics — and ability to help businesses make informed decisions and transact with confidence. This candidate must excel at working with cross-functional teams to develop content that speaks directly to our global customer’s critical business issues and TransUnion’s differentiated value throughout all phases of the buyer journey. A background in B2B financial services content development is preferred.

The content marketing manager will own the content strategy of different assets in support of our integrated, multi-deliverable global campaigns, including thought leadership, consideration and purchase stage content.

Background in financial services content writing and/or technical writing required

Previous work within a Content Center of Excellence, delivering content that can be adopted and easily adapted by regional marketing teams

Creative, out-of-the-box thinker

A passion to create bar-raising content that provides great customer experiences

Someone who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves to organize our global content and get work done

Impact You'll Make

Develop and scale a multichannel demand gen campaign content strategy that aligns credit risk solution with vertical and regional business objectives and data-driven insights, resulting in demand and measurable impact on growth and retention

Lead a team of content creators, contractors and third-party research vendors

Weave our brand voice and narrative throughout all solution content

In coordination with the vertical and solution marketing leads, collect GTM inputs and content needs from various lines of business, regions, product marketing and global solutions

Create a content strategy for different asset types and channels throughout the entire buyer journey

Establish a content library to be leveraged in “always-on” digital campaigns, continuously driving leads and TransUnion’s presence as a primary trusted advisor and thought leader

Work with sales enablement teams to ensure content assets and strategy is shared with various sales teams in all TransUnion regions

Maintain the content editorial calendar for global credit risk solution

Develop KPIs, reporting and analyses of content performance, and test and adjust content strategy to develop a high performing content assets
