Curriculum Developer
This position reports to: Director of Education Services, Curriculum

What you get to do in this role:
- Develop technical course content (across multiple products) at a variety of levels and roles in instructor-led, virtual, and recorded formats.
- Manage pre-release documentation and course content around highly technical products including software and hardware and ensure up to date knowledge through out each release phase.
- Mentor department peers, develop department standards, and share knowledge to internal resources.
- Provide leadership, technical project coordination, consultative services, and liaison with cross-functional work teams, key stakeholders and subject matter experts to develop course specifications and gather course content.
- Contribute and assist in delivery of effective and sustainable training courseware and curriculum.
- Contribute exam materials, including scenarios, multiple-choice, and other item formats for use in testing knowledge.
- Travel up to 20% (worldwide) per year.
In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who has:
- Knowledge and hands on experience implementing ITSM solutions or similar preferred.
- Background in ITIL, Service Management, Asset Management, IT Management preferred.
- Understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS or JavaScript) and experience with any programming/scripting language preferred.
- High level of flexibility, creativity and dependability.
- Incorporate measurement and assessments into all learning programs.
- Utilize effective project management techniques to organize training projects and to ensure quality.
- Proven experience in a technical training/instructional design environment required.
- Previous instructional design experience preferred.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office applications including: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as well as learning technologies such as Captivate, Articulate, design tools, LMS and web conferencing applications
