Your impact. 

Customer Experience Communication Strategy

  • Based upon knowledge of marketing best practice, partner with Manager, Customer Experience to establish a process for monitoring and reporting on effectiveness of the customer education program (digital communication and webinars), ensuring the program is continuously improving based on customer outcomes 
  • Analyze success metrics (open rates, etc.) of client and broker-facing communications sent via Gainsight
  • Assess and make recommendations of the content and communications flows to improve communication performance
  • Based on feedback from Customer Operations team members and customer support data, create resources that empower customers to understand and effectively communicate their HealthJoy program and products to employees   

Written Communications + Marketing Requests

  • Own the writing lifecycle campaigns that reach HealthJoy’s customers at scale; ensuring simplicity and visually appealing messages that reinforce why customers love working with HealthJoy’s success and implementation teams
  • Own the creation and update of content such as implementation emails guiding end-users through the implementation process, emails to HR customers about activation progress, webinar invitations, emails explaining mass updates to contracts, etc.
  • Support scalability of the team across Customer Operations by proactively creating visual presentation materials used across the team such as QBR templates, Implementation and Renewal PPT decks, broker onboarding materials, and webinar decks
  • Support the generation of group-specific marketing requests for collateral in partnership with Product and Marketing 
  • Work closely with the Manager, Customer Experience to own administration of our ongoing webinar series for HR customers and brokers (such as new client onboarding, marketing, and OE trainings)
  • Serve as the technical resource for HealthJoy’s client webinar series, creating decks for webinars, owning distribution of mass follow up to HR and brokers, and documenting attendance in Gainsight and other relevant systems

Customer Experience Administration + Tools

  • Supporting ongoing Gainsight administration, including email template creation, and mass email program scheduling and revisions
  • Own the curation of the Education section on the client-facing HealthJoy dashboard as well as ongoing maintenance of internal team materials referenced across Customer Operations (such as the Customer Success FAQ and internal knowledge-bases)

Your experience.

  • 1-2 years relevant work experience in a fast paced environment, where you’ve obtained knowledge of marketing and communication best practice, either in client facing role in Customer Success at a SaaS organization or as a Marketing or Corporate Communications Specialist 
  • Superior written and visual presentation skills
  • Strong PPT skills with an ability to advise team members regarding the development of PPT content, and to create visual materials using resources (templates, branding guidelines)
  • Exceptionally detail oriented, and willing to roll up their sleeves to contribute to project-based needs across Customer Operations
  • Analytical and highly structured approach
  • Possesses a customer-first mentality and obsessively thinks about problems through the lens of our clients, brokers and internal stakeholders
  • Can independently prioritize and deliver on tasks; Strong ability to effectively and independently manage your time and prioritize across projects and competing deadlines
  • Strong critical thinking and creative problem solving skills; ability to assess inbound requests and provide the most impactful solution
  • Demonstrated success developing and  executing against  a content strategy that drives measurable increases in customer adoption and success and enables and empowers customers by ensuring answers to How-To questions are at their fingertips just when they need it
  • Benefits industry experience is a plus
  • Degree in Journalism, Communications or Creative Writing is a plus
