closerlook’s Digital Producer is a motivated, detail-oriented professional with a can-do, team-oriented attitude. The Digital Producer will have project specific responsibilities across a set of client account(s) as assigned. They will work closely with clients & core agency competencies (Account, Project Delivery, Technology, Creative) to identify, define, and create the space for great ideas, work and results.

The role is responsible for achieving great project-level results for the agency and our clients through detail-oriented work definition, ensuring quality of outputs, identifying future project opportunities, and effectively anticipating and mitigating risks. The Digital Producer will have a firm handle on project capabilities and limitations of the work to ensure flawless digital execution from project initiation to final delivery.

Responsibilities:

External Client

• Act as primary day-to-day contact for questions regarding project capabilities, limitations, and quality
• Solicit client direction and input on work definition; flag scope implications; manage client expectations
• Operate as core project liaison with external vendors
• Deliver high quality work that exceeds client expectations
• Partner with account and clients to identify new work opportunities

Internal Team

• Serve as digital partner to Project Delivery and internal team to deliver quality work
• Leads scope definition for all incoming work by partnering with Project Delivery, Technology, Account, and Creative to define project requirements and activate work
• Supervises development process for digital campaigns and reviews all work leaving the agency for quality
• Flags anticipated risks to project scope and quality to Project Manager and core project team and proposes solutions to mitigate risk
• Facilitate efficient communication across the agency team
• Partners with Tech & QA to define quality and effective launch plans
• Developing decision maker and problem solver
• Expanding ability to set direction for the team based on good, consistent decision making
• Clearly understanding of project budgets to monitor project burn and flag financial risks to Project Manager where applicable
• Partners with Project Manager on submissions

Requirements:

• 5 or more years of experience in a client-facing Digital Producer and/or digital project management capacity
• Experience delivering platforms and complex technology-based projects in a regulated environment (pharmaceutical, finance, legal, etc); experience with AEM/CSS and agile methodologies is a plus.
• Ability to define project scope and digital requirements to execute work
• Pro-active, detail oriented professional with strong organization skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with an ability to adapt within an ever-changing environment.
• Growing digital project management skill set (processes and tools).
• Developing financial acumen to monitor project financial health and mitigate risk where appropriate
• Effective communicator with internal and external clients.
