What You'll Bring

1 - 3 years’ experience in graphical content design/development of client-facing collateral Effective story teller (both visually and written)

Demonstrated outstanding PowerPoint / visual design skills

Proactive vs. reactive work style with a passion to keep TU out front in the industry

Experience with naming conventions and document inventory/revision management

A critical thinker with great communication skills Energy and enthusiasm, a passion for learning and creating Ability to adapt experience and skillset to our product suite in a rapidly changing marketplace.

Strong communication and collaboration across all levels of the organization

Impact You'll Make

Reporting to the VP of Insurance Marketing Product Development, this role has primary responsibility for the creation, development, curation and promotion of customer-facing collateral and related content for insurance marketing solutions in the B2B space.

This individual will work closely within the product team to develop a deep understanding of our solutions, help craft our product positioning relative to the market and competitors, align our messaging with the overall insurance division strategy and create compelling content for use in client presentations, conferences, and in digital mediums.

Secondary responsibilities will include supporting our ongoing insurance marketing thought leadership efforts and go-to-market readiness activities.

Assess existing content library (product sales decks, asset sheets, and web) for design, consistency and coverage across marketing product suite.

Collaborate across teams (e.g., product, sales, strategy & planning) to conduct narrative mapping where needed to articulate a concise story framework for each product

Develop client-facing presentations/content that is visually compelling and aligns with the narrative map for a given product

Own legal and marketing review process for marketing content

Maintain and evolve existing content library on intranet, ensuring sales has access to most current versions

Collaborate with our sales team to support active client engagements, tailoring messaging as needed

Participate in go to market activities including collateral development for new product roll-outs, sales training materials, conference support etc.

Conduct competitive intelligence to benchmark against other competitor’s creative including competitive positioning and production standards

Deliver regular content recommendations based on needs, competitor activity and ongoing product suite expansion

Ongoing participation in sales team calls and listening in on client calls to ensure continuous improvement of materials from a VOC perspective.
