Impact you’ll make:
You have the unique opportunity to impact the way different audiences interact and relate to our solutions and brand. You will keep consumers engaged by developing content focusing on key initiatives in the consumer interactive business and the brand. You will share TU’s stories of consumer empowerment and design highly personalized messaging for each and every consumer interaction. Using channels ranging from social media and PR to call center associates, you will connect TU’s efforts/energies to the hearts and minds of consumers everywhere
As TransUnion’s consumer spokesperson, your knowledge of our solutions and your deep empathy for consumers will elevate the TransUnion narrative in all media
As a storyteller you will set the brand voice & tone across all our digital products and platforms and every channel in which the consumer engages
You will help design content frameworks and standards for the creation, curating, publishing, testing and governance of original, licensed, and user-generated content. You will promote reuse, dynamic assembly and distribution across multiple channels. You will nurture key relationships with influencers, agency partners and consumers to craft compelling narratives and ensure timely delivery to the content plan
You will ensure the quality and effectiveness of all consumer content and guide content through each stage of governance
What you’ll bring:
At least 10 years of marketing and communications experience, ideally with a background in journalism or PR/Digital/Social
We’re looking for someone with the sensibilities of a journalist, the mindset of a content marketer, the pragmatism of a technologist, and the creativity of a screenwriter. You are a natural storyteller. It is a given that you are gifted with words, creative, able to craft, curate, source, verbalize, and design engaging content. A journalistic mindset and passion for uncovering and bringing to life the ‘deeper story’ via multimedia storytelling and the spoken word
A real desire to understand and improve the consumer experience with a professional and personal portfolio of useful and delightful content solutions across a variety of media
You are charismatic, authentic and credible. You are comfortable in front of the media and can capture positive attention, and instill calm in a crisis
Great networking and influencing skills are a must, as is excellent project management skills and attention to detail
We’d love to see:
Experience with content management systems and content models
Experience working collaboratively with an agile product team to deliver outstanding experiences through iterative releases
Knowledge of mobile first and responsive content strategies
Knowledge of natural language processing and conversational UI
