Sr. Creative Associate / Videographer
Position Overview: Marketing Videographer-Creative Associate
As part of the Marketing team, you will directly support the organization by creating video, graphic, and other multimedia content including but not limited to product videos, sell sheets, social media content, educational and training videos, recruiting collateral, and live stream events. The Marketing Videographer/Editor is responsible for taking projects from conception to final delivery of the files.
Responsibilities:
- Create video content for the Echo social media channels, website, internal resources (Workplace, the Hub), and elsewhere as needed
- Regularly monitor industry competitor websites and social media to optimize video content effectiveness and competitiveness
- Maintain production studio including gear maintenance, providing recommendations and budgets for gear upgrades, and staying up-to-date on industry standards for video production equipment and distribution
- Contribute to content marketing initiatives for print and digital campaigns for distribution on company website, in print ads, on social media channels, at trade shows, in recruiting collateral, at internal events, and in email campaigns
- Design professional development programming, including eLearnings, infographics, process flow graphics, webinars, live events, and tutorial application videos
- Oversee and execute live-streaming for distributing eLearnings, enrichment seminars, and all-company announcements to HQ and branch offices
- Supervise marketing intern and production teams from various external vendors on video and photo shoots
- Write and review creative briefs for marketing team projects
- Manage internal relationships with key project stakeholders and external relationships with creative agencies and vendors with strong emphasis on clearly defined goals and objectives that adhere to established creative briefs
- Manage digital media archive
- Always ensure brand identity is within proper guidelines and standards, written and visual, in all materials
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in film, media, communications, or a related field or equivalent 1-3 years of experience
- Proficient in video editing (we use Premiere/Adobe Creative Cloud at Echo)
- Experience operating various elements of production including cameras, lights, sound, etc. and running a set independently
- Possess a strong understanding of the production and post-production process
- Motion graphics and graphic design skills preferred (Adobe: Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects, etc.)
- Must be a self-starter, deadline-oriented, and skilled at time management; strong organizational and planning skills are required
- Must have a high level of attention to detail
- Continuously discover and implement new technologies and industry best practices
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) as well as strong interpersonal skills are required
- Ability to juggle several projects at once and prioritize tasks
- Must provide link to professional demo reel or portfolio to be considered
