What you’ll do in this role:
Technical writing is an integral part of our software development process at Strata. And while this role entails all the usual tech writing responsibilities—working with product managers, developers, and QAs in an agile development cycle to document our product for monthly releases—we're also looking for someone to manage our release processes.
This role will be primarily responsible for publishing our documentation through Git, managing the pull request process, and ensuring all team members follow our guidelines. Additionally, this role will manage our WalkMe content to correlate with our releases. It'll be this team member’s responsibility to ensure all WalkMe content is live, and subsequently archived, on a regular basis.
Finally, this role will serve as a liaison between the Documentation team and the Training team. Our teams have worked on single sourcing our content, but we need someone to help facilitate and manage that content sharing on a more regular basis.
