Being a Creative Lead at iManage means…
Your role is pivotal in shaping and enhancing iManage’s reputation among internal and external stakeholders. Your primary focus will be on delivering business objectives through impactful graphic design, ensuring a cohesive visual identity and brand style.
As a key member of the creative team you will contribute to the marketing plans and campaigns creating compelling ideas and experiences that engage customers on the journey from acquisition to advocacy.
Your responsibilities include producing customer-focused materials that support brand objectives and messaging, making a measurable impact on the company's success.
Regular engagement with internal stakeholders and external agencies is part of your routine, as is contributing to larger idea generation and marketing campaigns. Your goal is to elevate the visibility of brand and design, helping to establish the team as a 'centre of excellence.' In this dynamic role, you'll handle diverse projects, emphasizing workflow management and meticulous attention to detail. While creativity is valued, being a master of project delivery is crucial for success as you will be leading the overall project management of the team.
iM Responsible For…
- Responding to stakeholder briefs with innovative, creative, appropriate design solutions, taking work through to production formats that consider accessibility standards, and use of appropriate channels. Work includes design for print, digital and motion graphics.
- Manage projects and take the lead on design, offering design advice and support to team members
- Be responsible for the design development of one or more workstreams, supporting and collaborating with other graphic designers to work alongside you on project deliverables.
- Oversee the work of design and production , proactively engaging with members of the team and making informed, constructive suggestions.
- Present work to stakeholders, taking feedback and working collaboratively to deliver identified outcomes.
- Use and seek out customer insight to inform decisions, making sure work is built from client perspectives.
- Quality assure design content of all communications produced. As a brand guardian making sure designs follow and build on iManage brand guidelines, tone of voice and support iManage’s vision.
- Manage multiple projects at once, for you and the team, allocating time effectively, and use project management system, Asana, for updating, archiving and version controlling projects to meet project deadlines.
- Research and keep up to date with emerging graphic design trends, new production techniques and technologies to bring innovation to projects, share knowledge and to give advice.
iM Qualified Because I Have…
- Demonstrable experience within a similar role.
- Expert use of the following computer software: Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat.
- An ability to take a brief and deliver great work that fulfils all requirements.
- Project managment skills. Ideally experience of Asana or similar tools like Monday.com, Trello, etc.
- Demonstrate a keenness to learn and develop your skills and understanding of techniques, and a positive and pro-active approach, willing to share your knowledge.
- Experience of designing online and offline campaigns, branding, identities and motion graphics.
- Working knowledge of accessibility principles and guidelines.
- Understanding of brand and research techniques for evidence and context-based design.
- Good verbal and written communication with experience of leading presentations and focus groups.
- Excellent attention to detail
- A multi-tasker – juggling many projects at different stages
- Be a team player and take direction from those around you, support the wider team on tasks and advocate the great work of the team within iManage
