Delivery Support Manager
The Delivery Support Team provides centralized execution of implementation deliverables for the Origami Professional Services teams. The Delivery Support Lead's ultimate responsibility is to support and ensure the success of the team, it's members, and the implementations in which they're involved. This individual will actively and collaboratively work with all team members to provide training, feedback, coordinate resources, and assign and distribute work to ensure timely completion of all assigned implementation deliverables. The team leader will aggressively act as both a client and team advocate and work continuously to identify opportunities for improvement, both internally and externally. The ideal candidate is data driven, decisive, a continuous learner, and effective at delegation and working through others. This individual thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Executes the Strategic Service Plan.
- Coordinates and manages work/ project distribution and assignment.
- Manages individual team member workloads.
- Identifies, provides and coordinates additional trainings opportunities for team members.
- Intervenes and maintains contact in difficult client situations to drive projects to a successful conclusion.
- Drive implementation deliverables to completion.
- Responsible for daily performance management of team members.
- Performs team member review, evaluation, and compensation processes.
- Accountable for the team's success.
- Provides coaching and oversight of each team member to ensure productivity and quality.
- Acts as a mentor to less experienced Origami Team members.
- Responsible for the ongoing quality of the data that drives service team metrics and for senior management reporting.
- Facilitates the execution of strategic and tactical initiatives throughout the year.
- Provides innovative ideas for ongoing improvement to the service model.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of prior experience leading a technology team and working on software projects
- Bachelor's Degree in a business or technical field.
- Prior experience working in a SaaS environment
- Thrive in a fast-paced work environment
- Aptitude for technology, databases, and computer systems
- Excellent interpersonal skills required.
- Superior communication and presentation skills.
- JavaScript, XML, SQL preferred.
- Insurance industry experience preferred.
