Senior Adobe Analytics Engineer (Contract)
The Bounteous team is looking for a Senior Adobe Analytics Engineer who understands the digital analytics space and has the ability to build and customize web analytics and tag manager implementations. The ideal candidate can implement Adobe Analytics tracking for sites and mobile applications for our clients and work to become a web analytics implementation expert.
Role and Responsibilities
- Develop domain expertise in clients’ business space to drive results
- Demonstrate a grasp of the fundamental importance of clean data to empower successful digital marketing initiatives, in support of larger business objectives
- Implement Adobe Analytics through Adobe Launch, configuring and customizing the tools appropriately
- Identify gaps throughout the customer experience and recommend technical solutions
- Ensure client expectations are met and results are deliveredArticulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner, both in speech and in writing
- Cultivate and manage relationships at the company and among the team
- Collaborate with the team lead and do so in a manner consistent with our culture and values
- Adapt to a fast-paced work environment and have the ability to overcome technical and business challenges
- Demonstrate high intellectual bandwidth, as well as an ability to prioritize and work on the right things at the right time
- Mentor team members when appropriate to help teach best practices and encourage new talent on the team
Preferred Qualifications
- College degree (preferred) plus at least 4 years of relevant work experience in marketing, consulting, and/or media.
- Experience with Adobe Analytics, and have implemented, configured, and customized the tool.
- Experience with AEP Web SDK.
- Experience integrating Adobe Analytics with other Adobe products (such as Target, Campaign Manager, or Audience Manager) and 3rd-party tools (such as Salesforce, Eloqua, Opimizely, etc.)
- Have deployed Adobe Analytics through Adobe DTM or Adobe Launch.
- Have focused in one or more of the following areas: digital analytics, optimization, statistical modeling, consumer insights, and/or marketing analytics.
- Understand how to read and interpret reports.
- Experience writing basic JavaScript.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills. Although this is not a client leadership role, candidates need to be comfortable speaking about the progress of their work, gaps in existing implementations and technical solutions.
- Must be available to work EST or CST hours.
- Experience working with Global Delivery teams is a bonus.
