We are seeking an AI Ecosystem Director who is craving to be part of a great company, will thrive as an individual contributor on our talented marketing team, and can think and act strategically to help drive ServiceNow’s brand equity as a leader in AI technology research and development. The AI Ecosystem Director will drive engagement with the global AI ecosystem and community at-large, including but not limited to AI strategists, data scientists, researchers, and developers, in meaningful discussions on the current and future state of AI technology through conferences, meetups, webinars, discussion forums, blogs and social media. The AI Ecosystem Director will also be responsible for educating ServiceNow customers on innovative use cases and best practices to help grow adoption of our AI solutions. Candidates must have a strong background in AI technologies such as predictive intelligence, text extraction, semantic search, natural language processing and forecasting and be able to translate thought leadership and technical capabilities into compelling value propositions. Candidates must also have a proven track record in leading cross-functional teams and managing and growing technical or developer communities.
What you get to do in this role:
- Create and execute on a global AI ecosystem engagement strategy to build ServiceNow’s brand equity as a leader in AI technology research and development
- Gather feedback from the AI community at-large to understand what types of experiences are most important to them and best support their organizations
- Relay community feedback to relevant internal stakeholders and influence content for campaigns and marketing programs
- Liaise with other departments to align with new marketing initiatives and product strategies, and to ensure brand consistency
- Help plan and execute virtual and in-person AI events throughout the year
Qualifications
Qualifications
- 3+ years of business-related experience with AI technologies such as predictive intelligence, text extraction, semantic search, natural language processing and forecasting
- 12+ years of experience in B2B software related field
- A proven track record of leading and scaling technical or developer community programs, preferably AI-related
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field; advanced degree in AI a plus
- Very strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to turn plans to outcomes with minimal direction
- Excellent people skills to interact with peers, colleagues, customers and third parties
Travel:
- Up to 20% annually
