Analytics Operations Lead
The team is looking for an Analytics Operations Lead to help support the Analytics & Intelligence team relating to all Operations activities. This will especially include a focus on staffing Analytics project work for clients across a broad array of industries and capabilities. Bounteous is experiencing record growth with an incredible influx of projects in data and analytics, and we need an expert who works to identify the right team to cast for client projects. Areas of focus for staffing will include data strategy, web analytics implementation, data science, business intelligence and analysis. The ideal candidate will possess a broad knowledge of the digital marketing analytics space including current industry trends, and a strong strategic perspective regarding data and business objectives -- and who has a passion for improving process in a growing company.
Role and Responsibilities
- Work with the Resourcing/Operations team to identify the right Analytics team members to support client projects and sales pursuits.
- Support other Operations activities for Analytics & Intelligence, including building processes (with Operations) for activities such as recruiting, onboarding, staffing, backfill, etc.
- Consider each individual’s technical expertise, platform knowledge, strategic capabilities, and business acumen when assigning team members.
- Work to learn team members' capabilities, and maintain accurate and up-to-date understanding of current workloads.
- Be familiar with trends in digital analytics and data, and be versed in terminology and vocabulary relating to Google Marketing Platform, especially Google Analytics.
- Demonstrate an ability to balance multiple priorities at any given time, and raise concerns to leadership in a timely manner.
- Build and maintain alliances between different departments within Bounteous, including with Operations, Client Service, Business Development, and the wider Strategy & Insights team.
- Articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner, both in speech and writing; understand the audience and tailor messages accordingly.
- Adapt to a fast-paced work environment and have the ability to overcome technical and business challenges.
- Demonstrate high intellectual bandwidth, as well an ability to prioritize and work on the right things at the right time.
Preferred Qualifications
- Have a college degree (preferred) plus at least 3 years of relevant work experience in resourcing, marketing, consulting, and/or media.
- Have helped manage multiple work streams across complex organizations.
- Have familiarity with Google Analytics and the Google Marketing Platform.
- Ideally will have career experience in one or more of the following areas: digital analytics, optimization, statistical modeling, consumer insights, and/or marketing analytics.
- Agency experience is a major plus.
