We are hiring a highly motivated business analyst eager to contribute to high quality, rapid implementations bringing immediate value to our healthcare system partners and the patients they serve. We are looking to grow our data and integration team with a detail-oriented teammate with strong deductive reasoning passionate about leveraging the data we acquire to drive personalized and impactful patient experiences that help every patient easily access the care they need.

In the last twelve months we have experienced 4x growth in revenue and our recent partnership with Zipnosis widens our demand generation opportunities beyond our highly successful internal sales and account management teams. And with an ambitious and exciting roadmap in front of us, we expect to continue our exponential growth adding both new clients as well as expansions at existing clients. We are investing now to position us to succeed as we grow. This teammate is also committed to help supporting the ongoing success of our growing number of clients using data and insights to continuously improve our implementations and grow our impact.

You are committed to continuous improvement in executing your own work and take a data driven approach to iterating client implementations always with an eye on time and impact. The order that comes from a decision tree and a well-documented Visio diagram is your version of meditation. 

You are flexible enough to respond to changing priorities but have the confidence to directly detail the related impact and advocate for efficient approaches to delivering multiple client projects on time. You know the devil is in the details and plan your time accordingly to ensure quality. Last, you aren’t afraid to ask for help or a second eyes because the premium is on successfully delivering value to our clients.
