Job Description
The Epsilon Data Practice has industry leading data, which we use to uncover insights for our clients and develop audiences for targeted, omni-channel marketing programs. The Consumer Insights team leads primary research projects with clients and internal partners. It is a small and growing team that give Epsilon data a strategic advantage and drives direct and cross product revenue. The team also plays a critical role to support two key products in the organization.
Position Summary
Involved in delivery of 50+ quantitative research projects annually for internal and external clients. This role supports the CI team by creating target audiences from the Shopper's Voice and Total Source Plus databases, programming surveys, and project management for online research surveys.
Responsibilities

  • Support Consumer Insights Directors through various parts of the research project cycle, including:
    • Selecting target audiences within Epsilon's Shopper's Voice and Total Source Plus databases using our menu-driven database interface, and providing counts of available pools of respondents who meet specific criteria
    • Programming short, basic surveys using Qualtrics (a menu-driven survey platform)
    • Project management using Jira to interact with other departments as required
    • Liaison/communication with internal departments clients and external partners
    • QC surveys from programming partner.
  • Project work will be supporting internal Epsilon products as well as direct client research projects
  • Support CI Assistant Manager on project execution tasks including: survey testing (before fieldwork begins), monitoring fieldwork, and communication with internal and external stakeholders/partners related to fieldwork needs.
  • Assist with analytical tracking of projects and evolving processes, as needed.
  • Other projects as time permits.


Qualifications

  • Experience with project management or working in a project-driven environment.
  • Experience extracting data from databases, and/or programming surveys an asset.
  • Exposure to Qualtrics or Jira an asset.
  • Strong organization and project management skills.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Proactive working style, with flexibility to shift priorities based on department evolving needs.
