The Content Analyst works closely within the Client Delivery Team to ensure that client communications are timely and accurate, and meet the clients’ quality expectations.
This position requires strong attention to detail and some in depth background working with data in order to create and maintain mapping systems for client content. Team members will also be expected to resolve data issues with outside vendors and to identify process best practices and report them when necessary to improve efficiencies across the company.
Responsibilities:
- Collect, evaluate, and report data in order to manage client communications.
- Ensure the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of all communications delivery.
- Build mapping systems that ensure users receive correct content based on eligibility, medical plan codes, and other demographic assignments.
- Write, edit, proofread, and update all client related content and communications in accordance with Evive style guide.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and exceed client goals.
- Process client related reporting requests.
- Test and provide feedback for all new products and features prior to release to clients ensuring that they meet all user and design specifications.
- Coordinate with external vendors to resolve data issues including inaccuracies, late/missing data or unexpected formatting.
- Conduct compatibility tests with vendor-provided programs.
- Run in-depth testing, detect problems, recommend solutions, and determine if program requirements have been met.
- Recommend program improvements or corrections to programmers.
- Write, revise, and verify quality standards, and test procedures for program design and product evaluation to attain quality of software economically and efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business or related field
- 1-2 years of work experience at Evive or similar work environment
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Able to respond to client demands as well as internal requirements while identifying and balancing competing priorities
- Highly detail-oriented with strong analysis skills
- Strong ability to understand complex logic
- Able to meet strict deadlines
- Superior proofreading skills
- Eye for detail and layout consistency
