Manager, Customer Supply Chain (Grocery, Club): RXBAR is driven to provide a best in class customer service experience to every customer in every channel.  The Manager of Customer Supply Chain will support strategic initiatives to expand distribution, improve service and operational efficiency.

The role is responsible for delivering against our “No B.S.” proposition by exceeding customer expectations for service, in-stock levels and various other operational metrics.

General Functions & Job Responsibilities:

• Serve as a Team Leader for Customer Supply Chain, focusing on Grocery & Club channels
• Lead daily execution of replenishment purchase orders and inventory allocations
• Advocate for customers’ needs throughout the RXBAR organization
• Identify gaps in processes and lead the improvement initiatives cross-functionally to drive a more efficient operation
• Act as a Key Partner to Sales and own the Supply Chain relationship for all retail customers
• Execute demand plan associated with promotional build programs, new & discontinued items, out of stock risk, and any other impactful supply chain events
• Develop customer-specific standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure all routing guidelines are successfully executed
• Prepare order and inventory related metrics and reports for management
  • Calculate KPIs and assemble customer scorecards to provide visibility into operational performance
  • Analyze and mitigate customer deductions and nuisance fees
  • Develop a sustainable process for analyzing inventory and orders in relation to demand to communicate insightful recommendations
• Proactively communicate and coordinate action plans to resolve issues and mitigate threats
• Understand key customer processes, guidelines, and expectations to create an RXBAR competitive advantage. Network with customers' key stakeholders to drive alignment of RXBAR with its customers' strategies and interests

Skills and Qualifications:

• Positive attitude, a thirst for knowledge, and an excitement for growing our business
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain or Operations related field

• 5-7 years’ experience in Supply Chain, Inventory, or Sales Operations required
• Food manufacturing and Consumer Packaged Goods experience preferred

• Evident customer-centric attitude
• Passion for entrepreneurship and a sense of ownership
• Proven ability to lead and implement processes to drive efficiencies
• Desire to excel and grow with the RXBAR organization
• Competence in Microsoft Excel and ERP experience highly desirable
