We are looking for a Data Engineer / Analytics Engineer, interested in building our core data infrastructure at a rapidly scaling company, from the ground up. In this role, you would quickly impact all parts of the data stack (from cloud infrastructure deployment to data mining in Python) while evaluating and implementing new tooling.

Job Responsibilities:

As a key member Data Science and Analytics team, your role would span the entire data stack. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Building upon our core infrastructure to co-locate and access all of our data from one place
• Enhancing the Upfront Data Lake and expanding our Data Governance to ensure data remains organized and easily accessible
• Constructing reporting dashboards in Tableau for end users to consume
• Creating data & ML pipelines for to scale our products and operations
• Integrating datasets (e.g. census data, patient response data) to continue to drive personalization into our platform
• Conducting discovery and writing product requirements for new data products
• Creating transparency into our product release process
