Job Description

As a Data Integration Lead, you will be part of a skilled, growing, and co-located agile team focused on delivering advanced data integration, migration, quality, and workflow solutions to our clients by using a combination of on-prem and cloud tools and platforms, such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, and Syniti/BackOffice. You will work with users of enterprise systems to leverage, coordinate, and analyze data from SAP and across varied platforms. This role will need someone who can demonstrate strong efficiency in use of SAP, ETL tools, relational databases, and other technologies to ensure reliable accurate scalable data solutions across diverse environments. 

What you’ll do: 

  • Lead or participate in efforts to design, develop, implement, and enhance SAP, MS Dynamics, and other data integrations, migrations, processing, workflow solutions, and reports 

  • Work with team members and clients to gather, analyze, translate, and document system requirements and processes to deliver customized technical solutions 

  • Leverage SQL and data analysis expertise to analyze data across multiple data sources 

  • Lead and/or perform deduplication and other data quality efforts to ensure the high-quality of SAP master data 

  • Create, implement, and maintain data extraction, transformation, and load (ETL) processes 

  • Provide leadership and coordinate across teams to resolve data, functional and/or application issues to maintain high levels of support and up-time 

  • Train or mentor team members to support continuous team development and help build team capabilities 

We’re looking for people who have

  • 5+ years of ERP techno-functional or functional experience, SAP preferred 
  • Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems degree with 10+ years of experience (or equivalent combination of experience and skill) 
  • Successfully participated in at least 2 full ERP implementation lifecycle(s) 

  • Proficient in SAP Data Service, SAP Information Steward, Syniti/Backoffice DSP, or other data migration tools 

  • Proficient in MS SQL (query skills, table structure and relational databases) 

  • Experience with data quality analysis, statistical analysis and/or modeling 

  • Experience mining and analyzing transactional electronic data 

  • Proven ability in critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills 

Bonus points if you have: 

  • Experience with SAP PI/PO, CPI, or other – Functional knowledge of Finance, Billing preferred not mandatory

  • Experience with cloud platforms like: Azure 

  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server / SSIS / SSRS / .NET 

  • Ability to code in at least one OOPS language (Java, .NET, etc.)

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (BI, Automate, etc.) 

  • Familiarity with Agile tools like JIRA, Git/Bitbucket

  • Functional familiarity with the ServiceNow platform
