Job Description
The Email Campaign Specialist will work collaboratively with client, assigned account teams and internal technology teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of digital/ email campaign solutions.
Responsibilities:

• Ensure high quality and error free Implementation, testing and QA of email marketing campaigns within Epsilon's platforms.
• Develop cutting-edge, automated campaign solutions meeting client business requirements.
• Provide exemplary customer service while setting and maintaining client expectations.
• Develop and implement client campaign processes.
• Provide ongoing business updates to key internal stakeholders.
• Desired Skills and Experience
• Experience in the email marketing or interactive marketing industry
• Strong communication skills and the ability to take initiative
• Ideal candidate will be detail oriented with the ability to prioritize across client's and/or projects

Preferred:

• Bachelor's Degree in Technology, Business or Marketing or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of HTML and/or scripting languages (ex: Freemarker or PERL)

Required experience:

• 1-3 years of experience in service delivery maintaining real-time, high-volume transactional systems.
• Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
• Strong team player with service-oriented attitude toward external and internal audiences
• Ability to work within a highly matrixed and geographically dispersed team
• Experience owning initiatives against strict timeline and multiple priorities
• Ability to gain knowledge related to the clients' industry, and the current business environment and incorporate this knowledge into the overall solution and operational processes
• Prior experience in engagements that span tracks of work including User Experience, Technology, Project Management, Business Analysis, Systems Integration, Migration and Infrastructure a plus
• Prior operations experience in Marketing Technology space (Loyalty/CRM/Email/Marketing Ops) a plus
• Prior email service provider experience a plus

Education/Certifications:

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent professional experience)
