The role:

The Operations Strategy Analyst is a high impact role on the Strategy and Operations team at Braviant. In this role, you will be the subject matter expert on all customer service operational processes including technology associated. You will be accountable for maintaining all process documentation and delivering the training required for all new and existing products. If you are analytical, action oriented, self-motivated and a superb communicator then this role is for you.

What you'll be doing:

  • You will analyze, lead, and implement sustainable contact center improvement strategies to continually improve results and key performance indicators
  • You will effectively communicate analysis and strategic suggestions to stakeholders and contact center teams
  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate implementation of contact center strategic initiatives in full compliance with regulations
  • You will own technology initiatives to optimize performance, both operational and strategic, end to end
  • You will develop and maintain a regular reporting process, both internal and external business unit facing, to drive operational improvements
  • You will thoroughly document and train on all new processes, procedures, and strategies

What you'll bring:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • BA/BS in Engineering, Business, Science or related fields strongly preferred
  • Advanced Excel skills; SQL knowledge is a plus, but not required
  • Superb analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
  • Excellent listening, interpersonal skills, and ability to communicate effectively to senior management and broad cross-functional stakeholders

Location

Our company is located in the heart of downtown with great access to public transportation (both Metra & CTA), coffee shops, and restaurants. Currently our teams are working remotely for the foreseeable future.
