Senior Compliance Analyst
Job Description:
The Senior Compliance Analyst position will support the
development, implementation, and maintenance of the Integral Ad Science
(IAS) Compliance program. Responsibilities include the assessment of
controls/processes against industry standards and applicable regulations;
awareness and education; development of policies, management of audit
process (internal/external), standards and guidelines.
Responsibilities:
- Execute compliance program framework by ensuring IT activities,
- processes, and procedures meet defined security requirements, policies and
- regulations.
- Responsible for delegation of task as it relates to audit with approval from
- Compliance Manager
- Facilitate relationship building with cross functional teams to ensure
- compliance standards are met
- Provide onboarding training when needed
- Regularly review internal policies in line with changing federal and state
- laws and regulations.
- Assist organization in developing risk management strategies to improve
- staff, client and asset safety
- Own and effectively manage the audit process for accreditation by the use
- of Enterprise Risk Management methodologies
- Assist development and implementation of effective and reasonable
- policies, standards and processes to secure protected data, sensitive data,
- ensure information security and compliance with relevant legislation and
- legal interpretation.
- Perform internal control assessments against business processes to ensure
- operational effectiveness and sustainability
- Provide input to support creation of compliance dashboards including key
- operational metrics and compliance risks; measuring operational
- effectiveness of compliance organization
- Act as system administrator for all applicable research applications under
- compliance framework
- Execute remediation audit findings to prevent reoccurrence through
- research and analysis
- Aide in creation of compliance workflows Outreach/Awareness
- Interact in both oral and written communications with all levels of the IAS team, external auditors, technology vendors and contractors, in matters related to compliance activities.
- Support audits covering operational and financial processes to maintain industry group accreditations.
- Support external audit as it pertains to industry groups including Media
- Rating Council (MRC), IAB; as appropriate on required compliance control assessments
- Compile information on various compliance issues and update as necessary
- Effective interpersonal, documentation, communication, and presentation skills

Requirements:
5-8 years of compliance and industry experience
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Certification in Risk management and or Audit ( CIA/CISA/or CRMA) preferred
Experience with MRC
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong organization skills and strong attention to detail; the ability to prioritize
Ability to work independently with sometimes little or no supervision
Experience working with executives in a rapidly growing environment preferably in technology, media, internet or related companies
Quick learner with a knack for technology — able to figure out new systems and adapt on the go
Knowledge of and strong interest in using and learning about technology tools as well as experimenting with different technologies to improve efficiency in executing tasks
New York Applicants: The salary range for this position is $69,529 - $119,192 actual pay may vary based on experience or geographic location.
