We are seeking an experienced, passionate and creative Brand Designer to join our growing Creative & Content team. We are looking for someone who is excited to work on a number of different projects across many teams while making a meaningful contribution to our brand identity. This person will love creative innovation, have a passion for excellence in delivery, and easily see beauty in the details. 

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Senior Director of Brand Creative as well as in collaboration with design peers, this role will be responsible for further development of our brand identity, marketing collateral (inclusive but not limited to email, social, e-commerce, and direct mail), video graphics, and presentation design. This Brand Designer will work cross-functionally with our teams to elevate our online presence, improve our marketing and sales materials, and support monthly sales and promotions.  

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience preferred in:
  • - An e-commerce or startup environment
  • - Marketing design
  • - Video and motion graphics 
  • - Illustration and iconography
  • - Presentation and educational design
  • - Working with a production/project manager and copywriter 
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively advocate for great ideas
• Handle conflict and contention with grace, clarity and strength
• Extremely organized and a knack for figuring out how best to effectively organize 
• Passion for women’s healthcare/wellbeing and Equilibria’s mission
• Deep appreciation for increasing efficiency

Compensation and title will be commensurate with experience. Equilibria will contribute toward medical insurance, for which we offer multiple options of coverage and premium. We also give every employee a monthly CBD allowance, along with a 401k and other perks.
