The Graphic Designer will be responsible for owning and delivering stand-out creative for all of OpenX’s marketing channels — collateral, infographics, website, social, events, swag, paid media, etc. This role will work holistically across design disciplines, with a focus on visual design, and play a critical role in realizing the vision of our next-generation public-facing brand. OpenX is currently amidst a design transition and this role will allow someone to come in and utilize their creativity to differentiate us in the space. This role will report to the Vice President of Marketing and is a temporary position with the potential to develop into a full-time role.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and deliver stand-out creative for key marketing channels
- Accurately complete requests for marketing materials such as webpages, infographics, ads, emails, one-sheets, decks, social media images, banners, etc.
- Own and deliver creative for key marketing channels on an ongoing basis as we test and iterate (post-launch)
- Help deliver creative assets for our website
- Make smart, scalable design decisions, designing for our global audience, while prioritizing specific markets where we may go deeper into target segments
- Evolve as our product matures in the market — learn what resonates with our customers and prioritize design development for channels that perform best
Requirements & Skills
- Experienced designer with 5+ years of experience delivering creative assets for web or digital content, working on challenging, wide-ranging projects like new product launch campaigns, new country launches, or major marketing campaigns, and delivering stand-out work against ambitious timelines without compromising on quality
- Experienced with technologies like InDesign/Photoshop, WordPress, Figma, Powerpoint/Google Slides, and Hubspot
- Strong design executor who excels at simplifying complex problems and humanizes the OpenX brand within a b2b technology landscape
- Self-starter who thrives in an autonomous environment — you have been the go-to designer for complex projects, shipping work with minimal guidance from design leadership
- Effective collaborator with external partners — you’ve owned and managed projects working with freelancers and specialists to deliver other creative assets like photography, videography, and animation
- Strong communicator — you share your work and progress with your team via documentation, design explorations, and presentations
- Feedback-friendly and proactively seek feedback from both inside and outside your team
- Highly motivated by the opportunity to shape marketing design for a mission-focused adtech company
Desired Experience & Skills
- Experienced playing a key role in the delivery of video assets, including explainer videos

OpenX is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For applicants in New York, New Jersey, California, and Colorado, the compensation range is $85,000 - $100,000 per year. A candidate’s salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, and certifications. The compensation range may differ in other states.
