What You'll Bring
A Bachelor’s Degree in Experience Design, HCI, Interaction design, and/or related design experience
One to two years of corporate, agency, or freelance design experience. (Amazing school projects also acceptable)
A strong product design perspective and a grasp of the Design Thinking methodology
An understanding of UX/UI, Interaction principles, and patterns for native mobile and responsible web design across devices
A portfolio that showcases a few discovery involved projects from research to ideation to wireframing/rapid prototyping to testing to final design
Proficient in interaction design and motion tools such as Adobe After Effects, Principle, etc..
Understanding of how to work in an agile environment
Expert knowledge of the following standard professional design tools: Adobe CC Suite, Sketch, InVision
Comfortability with working remotely from the development team located in California.
Most importantly, an open, collaborative and coachable attitude from other colleagues.

They play a pivotal role in the web and app design strategy, conception and production of beautiful ideas and creative output. You’ll be part of a growing design team that’s responsible for crafting the next generation of consumer credit monitoring, identity theft, and personal finance applications.
You’ll work with Product Managers to analyze business requirements and user stories to scope creative and front-end needs
You’ll build and maintain brand collateral, creative, and UI assets up to an including custom iconography, illustrations, and animation
You’ll have exposure to some of the best design communities in Chicago
You'll have freedom to shape how we work, brainstorm, inspire teammates, and mature the design practice
