Lead Brand Designer

As a Lead Brand Designer at Tegus, you'll create new visual assets that aim to bring the brand to life across all our marketing, product, sales, and customer success programs. You’ll help us tell the world about Tegus through thoughtfully crafted content and engaging experiences. You will partner with product designers and business leaders to design for a wide range of projects while driving consistency of our brand. We are looking for a designer who understands the needs of different audiences, takes risks with intention, and leans on experience and data to generate new solutions. This role will report to the Head of Design.
Responsibilities
- Partner with multiple team members across the organization to build brand marketing, digital design, social marketing and communications design.
- Work closely with Product Design to influence the visual style of and create visual assets for our products.
- Actively explore opportunities to connect and scale the brand through product design team by partnering with them to build upon guidelines for color, illustration, and motion.
- Design physical products for swag and brand representation at events, such as banners, one-pagers, and business cards.
- Work with with cross-functional teams to shape and tell our brand story.
- Serve as the internal brand steward and shepherd to ensure that every touchpoint of the Tegus experience is consistent and engaging.
- Possess a deep understanding of the business and technology to produce great designs within the appropriate context.
- Confidently prioritize, manage and multitask between different projects and deadlines.
- Use brand strategy and performance data to inform creative solutions and articulate design rationale.
- Approach problem-solving as an iterative and human-centered process.
- Help instill a design culture throughout the company.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience designing digital products.
- A professional portfolio of brand, marketing, and communication digital design projects.
- Proficiency in brand identity, graphic design, visual design, motion design.
- Proficient using design tools such as Figma, and design systems.
- Success at scale in Consumer and/or B2B brands.
