As the Senior User Experience Designer on our User Experience Team, you will partner with multi-disciplinary teams to design and deliver compelling and innovative experiences for our end users. You'll have the opportunity to take on research questions big and small and drive answers to critical questions. You will be a change agent - evangelizing and bringing awareness to user centered methodologies and practices across the company, supporting product teams at different stages of understanding. Most importantly, you relish interacting with users and having your ideas and assumptions tested.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience including information architecture, interaction design, visual design and familiarity with a wide range of user research methods.
  • BA+ degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Human-Centered Design, Interface Design, Interaction Design or equivalent practical experience.
  • Create/oversee the creation of scenarios, process flows, information architecture diagrams, wireframes, prototypes and other artifacts required to develop and evolve user experience designs for a variety of form factors.
  • Possess the ability to think conceptually about user experience design and understand the array of technical constraints, user goals and business requirements that shape current and future products.
  • Can effectively communicate across functional areas and all levels of management to lead discussions focused on results and arrive at actionable recommendations.
  • Experience creating and managing UI pattern libraries and interaction guidelines.
  • Proficient with industry standard design & prototyping tools (Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop, Invision, Zeplin, or some other wireframing/prototyping tool that communicates your ideas well and provides the required assets to your partners.)
  • Must have a portfolio of work that demonstrates your research process and storytelling abilities as well as a strong command of industry best practices in interaction design, usability and accessibility.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self motivated, can work independently.
  • Willingness to mentor junior team members.
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process a plus.]
