We value:
Insatiable Curiosity - always on the pursuit of new ideas and asking “what if…”
Humility - no ego. There is no ivory tower of research and design. The only thing we own is a responsibility to inspire with our work.

Stewardship- great design implemented poorly is bad design. We’re responsible for ensuring we’re delivering the right experiences to our customers.

Travel is flexible and very often the researcher is in charge of the schedule giving them flexibility to work around any life/family constraints. During the pandemic, no one is required to travel if they do not want to. Our team has been conducting the majority of our research remotely with little impact to our projects.
