Trainer, Instructional Design and Maintenance
Your role in helping us shape the future:
You will play a vital role in our growing aviation technical training team that focuses on identifying developing and implementing highly effective and complex training programs for our airline partners and customers around the world.
You should have a passion for aviation and diving deep into technical requirements and features with customers and internal teams to identify key areas where impactful training can be delivered.

- Showcase your expertise in the development of effective leading-edge avionics / aerospace training content
- Explore and develop innovative ways to improve the effectiveness and delivery of complex technical training on a global scale
- Enjoy building strong working relationships with key stakeholders at some of the biggest airlines in the world
You should definitely have:
- Four-year college degree or equivalent
- Experience gathering examining and interpreting complex technical data to determine appropriate training content objectives and design
- Experience in developing conducting and evaluating the effectiveness of complex technical training
- Proficient in the use of Articulate Storyline
- Proficient with the Adobe Creative Suite and Acrobat Pro
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- The ability to obtain a valid US Passport and able to travel up to 50%
It would be nice if you had:
- Four-year college degree in adult learning studies
- Experience developing web playable training in compliance with the EEOC Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)
- Experience developing complex interactive CBT modules in the avionics / aerospace sector
- Experience working with electrical schematics and avionics system level troubleshooting.
