We’re looking for a driven Product Designer. Is it you?
Able to multitask and always eager for a new challenge, you know how to create the optimal user experience. With an eye for design and a strategic focus, you can seamlessly translate user research into programs, scripts, and interfaces that successfully meet business goals. You can develop and implement the right experience across a variety of platforms and multimedia—with the utmost confidence. An analytical and creative designer who is able to grasp user needs and problem solve to make the product more user-friendly and intuitive to attract and retain clients.
Here’s what a Product Designer does at Evive (for people who like bullet lists):
- Works within Evive design system to develop and maintain a consistent user experience and brand across products.
- Collaborates with designers and developers to create intuitive, user-friendly software.
- Creates user flows and wireframes to build user interface mockups and prototypes
- Understands product specifications and user psychology to conduct research, concept, testing, and gather feedback.
- Plans and conducts user research and competitor analysis, interprets data and qualitative feedback, defines the right interaction model and evaluates its success.
- Researches, evaluates, and implements new technology and UI/UX best practices to optimize user interface efficiency, reliability, usability, and scalability.
- Ability to communicate the design ideas and prototypes to product management teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and a willingness to keep skills and industry knowledge current.
- Collaborates with developers to design, deploy, and test user interface enhancements and technical solutions that meet the needs of the company, its clients, and the end users.
- May survey users to gain insight and valuable feedback for user experience improvements.
- Adapts schedule as needed to participate in meetings with Bangalore, India team.
- Utilizes familiarity and expertise with systems and coding languages, as well as having knowledge of programs like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other prototyping tools.
- Engages regularly in peer review with other creative professionals and participates in Creative team meetings.
- All other duties as assigned.
You bring a lot to the table.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Computer Science, Engineering or similar field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least 2 to 3 years of experience in product development, UI/UX design, across desktop and mobile form factors
- Proficient in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or other protoyping tools); Animation and illustration skills a plus.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript is a plus.
- Excellent communication and time-management skills, analytical mind, problem-solving aptitude, background in project management and research.
- In depth understanding of technological trends and the current and emerging Evive products.
