Responsibilities:
As the SAP Community of Practice Manufacturing Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of software and applications related to Materials to Inventory ( MTI ). Working closely with stakeholders and external suppliers within our SAP Community of Practice (CoP) team, you will identify and deploy the right software and application solutions for the future, with a focus on SAP applications and best practices.
***Role is 100% remote but would need to have the ability to travel to either Chicago or East Hanover, New Jersey offices.
Your responsibilities include: • Leading the program of software renovation within the SAP Co P , with a focus on implementing regional and global strategies, particularly in SAP S/4HANA.• Providing input to planning, manufacturing, quality and plan maintenance controls for software and applications on both regional and global levels.• Collaborating with management and overseeing requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, and payments.• Exploring opportunities to leverage scale and drive savings in software and application investments.• Ensuring support service level objectives and key performance indicators are achieved.

We are seeking candidates with a desire to drive their future and accelerate their careers, possessing experience and knowledge in the following areas:• Managing staff responsibilities .• Managing large-scale software and application services .• Service delivery, support, and excellence .• Program/Project management with experience managing multiple projects for budgets, resources, schedules, and quality o verview knowledge of SAP ERP modules and architecture in ECC and S/4HANA.• Expert knowledge in planning, production, quality and plan maintenance modules such as PP, PPDS, QM, PM , master data to support these key processes , and analytics.• Knowledge of integration points and techniques between planning of internal and external needs with other SAP components, such as finance CO-PC and logistics, as well as 3rd party applications.• Hands-on experience with ECC and S/4 in application and configuration.• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with global teams.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate information/data and make decisions effectively.• Fluency in English is a must , both conversational and effective communication.• General technical background.• Understanding of integration and how different applications communicate with each other.• P rocess and service orientation.• CPG Business processes experience is a plus.
Required Experience :
- 8 + years of experience in large SAP ERP implementations across all SAP modules.
- 5+ years direct management/supervisory experience required on 4 or more SAP business process such as PP , PPDS , QM , PM .
- Experience as people manager with a minimum of 2 direct reports.
- Solid experience working with business process leads on streamlining functional requirements to propose standard SAP solutions.
- At least four full SAP implementation cycles, with at least one of them being in S/4HANA version.
- Experience in solutioning gaps and evaluating alternative solutions.
- Experience with Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to coordinate and supervise the work of multiple workstreams running in parallel.
Education/Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- SAP latest solutions and technologies; AGILE; ITIL; PM, and other relevant certifications.
Travel requirements:
- 30 - 60%
