What You'll Bring

Broad Knowledge and extensive experience in developing, configuring, and troubleshooting APIs and policies using CA API Gateway

Extensive experience with TLS protocols and through understanding of other security concepts such as Keystores, Truststores, Authentication, Authorization, Encryption, and Digital signatures and PKI

Strong knowledge of CA API Gateway component architecture and implementation configurations

Experience using automation technologies such as Ansible to automate CA API Gateway installation, configuration, and API Deploys

Experience with High availability, load balancing and failover configurations with CA API Gateway and monitoring CA API Gateway components & APIs

Experience using Docker containers and Kubernetes architecture

Experience in instrumenting monitoring tools like AppDynamics, Wily Introscope,

We'd Love to See:

Experience in log management tools - Splunk desired

Prior Experience on running CA Gateways as Docker containers will be a plus.

Impact You'll Make

Install new / upgrade existing CA API Gateway’s in accordance with TransUnion standards and project/operational requirements

Design, develop, configure, and troubleshoot APIs and policies using CA API Gateway

Implement requirements of the API layer like security, custom analytics, throttling, caching, logging, request and response modifications etc. using CA API Gateway

Build and support the APIs through the entire lifecycle

Perform system and API monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes

Automate CA API Gateway Installs and Upgrades using Ansible.

Maintain and update security certificates and platform/environment patching in keeping with Information security standards

Demonstrated proficiency in the use of Linux operating system and has understanding of data communication protocols focusing on TCP/IP.

Perform problem / performance analysis as needed to identify root causes of issues.

Working on an agile team and be able to deliver results in the timelines given for each project

Automate day to day tasks using Ansible.
