We are looking for an Automation Engineer.

Milyli is hiring an individual to take ownership of designing test plans/test suites for our enterprise legal software. You will be working with your peers on our Relativity applications Chronicle and Delegate. We are looking for someone with experience in designing + executing test suites and an interest in automating those tests.

What kind of people are you looking for?

We're looking for someone who has:

• 0-2 years cumulative software testing experience
• Previous experience with writing automated tests or the desire to learn automation
• Ability to effectively communicate with different audiences
• Ability to work autonomously and self prioritize testing responsibilities

Nice to have:

• Experience within the legal industry
• Experience working with object-oriented software design principles
• Automated test design and writing principles and tools for unit tests, automated API tests, automated UI tests, and others as needed

What is the work like?

Your primary responsibility is to advocate for software quality in our products. In addition, you will manage the team's testing process for both manual and automated tests. Finally, you work with other engineers on the team and the product owner in your day-to-day work.

What will my days be like?

You will:

• Create an effective test plan for the sprint
• Create well-defined bug reports and validate their fixes
• Reproduce incoming client issues
• Participate in and discuss testing concerns during sprint planning
• Assess risk/effort in regards to automating tests
• Assist team with maintaining CI builds
• Build + maintain automation suite
• Creation of internal product documentation

What else?

• This is a full-time position.
• There is minimal travel required for this position.
• You must be able to work in the U.S legally.
