An Insider's view of Paylocity

How would you describe the company’s work-life balance?

Paylocity's work-life balance is better than any employer I have had previously. I have never been told that it's ok to take a mental health day, I needed that, just to be told that its ok to do is enough to let you know that Paylocity cares about our mental health. The happier we are the better we work. I am so glad to be a part of this team!

How has your career grown since starting at the company?

I started at PCTY right out of college as part of the New College Grad program which is part of the path to becoming a Software Engineer. I get to learn about and discuss the latest technologies and deepen my understanding of designing solutions for customers. I have seen myself grow into someone who has solutions to problems and brings ideas.

Brynn

Associate Software Engineer

How would you describe the company’s work-life balance?

I've never felt like I had to choose work over myself or my family. If I have to take care of something outside of work my manager is very supportive and the understanding that I'll get my work done is there. I have been able to set boundaries and "turn off" work when I need to. I love the fact that I have a true work family that cares about me.
