Impact You'll Make

Technical Breath

You will be responsible for defining and maintaining architecture governance council charter

You will be responsible for constantly evolving and right sizing governance boards to meet TU business needs

You will be running governance board effectively and efficiently with the help of VP- Governance

You will be capturing and reporting required operational and outcome metrics

You will be collaborating with data visualization team in reporting GAC metrics and outcomes

You will act as a business owner for BizzDesign and prioritize and execute improvements in an agile manner

You will review and publish trends to improve BizzDesign tool usage and best practices

You will maintain architecture content reflective of TU architecture processes in TU Architecture confluence page

You will act as a data quality steward of data/models in EA tool

You will be responsible for analyzing and reporting historical and current state of architecture

You will define and act as a process owner for various architecture process by working with VP – Governance as well as other architecture stakeholders

Leadership & Collaboration

You will have ability to work in a fast paced environment

You will have ability to work with various architect leads, domain architects, and other enterprise stakeholders in making sure the processes are well communicated in adapting architecture processes and timely delivery of required artifacts to the governance councils.

You will be hands on leader, leading a team that defines the architecture processes, solicits feedback from stakeholders, implements the process and strives to improve processes to optimize value to various council members and participating stakeholders

You will be able to build strong partnerships with various architecture domain leads and architects to deliver outcomes for TU

You will be a true collaborator that partners with various Sr. leadership across various stakeholders in the technology, information security, procurement, and compliance and other business areas to drive and align governance processes with enterprise processes.

Financial Acumen

You will act as a business owner for BizzDesign in making sure the right licenses are allocated to right resources and license costs are managed as per budget

Executive Communication

You will be comfortable presenting new processes as well as changes, outcome metrics, and operational metrics various senior stakeholder
