The primary responsibility of the End User Computing (EUC) Engineer is to support the EUC device infrastructure through excellent management of Tech’s desktop management systems, imaging processes, anti-virus and endpoint security systems. This person provides “Tier 2” hardware and software support for users of Paylocity’s desktop, laptop and tablet computing platforms and provides direct phone support for callers to the service desk. This person demonstrates and applies superior knowledge of Microsoft Desktop OS configuration, Microsoft Office Suite functionality, and desktop, laptop and tablet hardware.

What you bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent 
• Ticket queue management
• At least 2 years of corporate support experience in an Enterprise environment
• Windows 10, MAC OSX, Office 2016/O365, on-prem Exchange management
• Networking basics
• Mobile Device Management (Intune, MobileIron, Airwatch)
• Group Policy, Configuration Baselines, DSC, On-prem or Azure AD knowledge required
• Solid working knowledge of Microsoft platforms including Configuration Manager CB, Windows client technologies
• SCCM Operating System Deployment (PXE, Feature Updates, In Place Upgrades)
• PowerShell automation and adminstration required; bash or python a plus
• Server maintenance and troubeshooting skills required
• At least one Microsoft server certification required (MCP, MCTS, MCSA, MSCE)
• Ability to work on multiple projects at one time
• Ability to communicate highly technical functions to a non-technical audience
• Ability to work with senior level management

During the last six months, you would have:

• Deployed a solution using PowerShell automation.
• Deployed applications to endpoints using SCCM or other remote tools
• Automated complex software installation or API integration via Powershell; PSADT a plus
• Created/modified various reports in SSRS or SQL directly
• Worked on a project to see it from beginning until the end while meeting deliverables
• Designed, configured, and implemented a device management solution to support 5k+ devices
