Head of Software Engineering
Reports To: CTO
Enova is seeking a head of Software Engineering who is passionate about leading and growing our team of over 150 full-stack Software Engineers who create and support the websites, mobile applications, customer tools, and services that power our business.

Your core priorities will be to:
- Work closely with the leadership team in Software Engineering to provide day-to-day leadership of the department.
- Connect with the leaders of all of our business units to understand their priorities and help them -- and Enova -- deliver on business goals.
- As part of the overall Technology Leadership team, help develop and execute Enova’s long-term technology strategy.
- Drive the evolution of our team and technology as we grow to a $1B in revenue and beyond.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 10+ years of experience, strong technical acumen and 3+ years running a 50+ person technology organization.
- Experience working in web application technologies in a high velocity environment
- Experience in implementing and delivering SOA-based applications
- Experience driving productivity, quality, and the overall output of a large software engineering team.
- Ability to establish strong personal connections, foster relationships, cultivate and inspire a team
- Ability to attract, hire, and retain Top Talent
