The IGNITE graduate development program is being jointly run by Atos, Atos Syntel, and MavenWave who are a part of the same global IT services group.

The Infra as Code (IaC) Graduate Development Program is designed in three phases with a mixture of formats:

• In Phase One, we focus on cloud fundamentals enabling you to find your way within our organization. 
• In Phase Two, you will do a deep dive into networking, virtualization, and automation tools. We will empower you to attain core cloud technology certifications and get you working directly with our enterprise customers.
• In Phase Three, you will select one or more specializations such as private cloud, public cloud, container platforms or security.

Your Life As a Maven After IGNITE: 

Cloud IaC Engineer

This powerful role supersedes existing system and network engineering roles.  Through mastering infrastructure virtualization technologies, software-defined networking, and software-defined storage technologies, you'll now be able to automate the deployment of infrastructure and application fabrics in hybrid-cloud environments. In addition, you will operate at an expert level in declarative infrastructure configuration, and possess in-depth knowledge of IaaS, PaaS public cloud offerings and building CI/CD pipelines. 

Cyber Security Engineer

This enticing role focuses on crafting, deploying and automating holistic security solutions as an integral part of Atos solutions. You’ll become the subject matter expert in applying security policy through code and building security-centric CI/CD pipelines. Your expertise in public and private cloud security policies applied through infrastructure automation and software development redefines today’s Cloud IaC Engineering.

Your Qualifications: 

• University degree relating to information systems or computer science (Bachelor or Master) within 24 months of graduation.
• Minimum GPA: 3.0.
• Professional curiosity and the ability to enable yourself in new technologies.
• Willingness to travel.
• Ability to commit yourself to an extensive 12 months learning program focusing on both professional and personal development.
