The Junior Software Engineer position is for recent graduates and new developers looking to start their software engineering career by learning advanced intelligent automation, and to gain practical experience working as part of a collaborative team comprised of intelligent automation experts, product analysts, and analytics specialists.

As a Junior Software Engineer, we will equip you with the tools and knowledge to build your expertise in intelligent automation. You will work in a team environment to translate business requirements from both internal stakeholders and external clients into actionable technical requirements and code. You’ll get to develop your scrum skills and apply them in an agile development setting.

As you learn our product set and best practices, you’ll have the opportunity to help identify ways for the company to improve our automation and ultimately improve our product. Requirements

What you bring:

- Computer Science degree or equivalent experience in a related role

- An interest in applying your computer science background to learn our tech stack:

• C# .NET Framework
• SQL and SQL Server
• ASP.NET MVC
• Microsoft Azure
• Web Services, API design and consumption, JSON

- Object oriented development and agile software development skills

- A desire to be a thought leader for your team and the company

- A curious mind and excitement for learning

- Solid critical thinking and problem solving skills

- Passion for developing innovative software solutions

- Good interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to achieve results through working collaboratively with others

- Interest in fintech/mortgage industry a plus
